Association of Concerned Africa Scholars : ウィキペディア英語版 | Association of Concerned Africa Scholars The Association of Concerned Africa Scholars (ACAS) is a US-based group of left-liberal Africanist scholars and students, founded in 1977. In the early 1980s ACAS opposed Ronald Reagan's policy towards Africa, in particular towards South Africa. In the 1990s the Association led opposition to the Boren Bill.
